1. Definition and Parties
Press Earth ("Platform") is an online service that provides distribution of press releases to selected media partners. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to the Platform and use of the services. By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2. Scope of Service
Press Earth transmits press releases to the media network according to the packages selected by users and provides a report containing published URLs upon completion. After publication, content is under the control of third-party sites; permanence and appearance are subject to publisher policies.
3. Account and Usage
The User must provide accurate and up-to-date information, ensure the security of their account, and is responsible for transactions under their account. The User is at least 18 years old and has the capacity to enter into binding contracts; if acting on behalf of a legal entity, they have the necessary representation authority.
4. User Obligations and Content
The accuracy, currency, and compliance with third-party copyright, trademark, personality, privacy, or other legal rights of content provided by the User is entirely the User's responsibility.
The User grants Press Earth the right to use the content provided solely for the purpose of performing the service, worldwide, sublicensable, and royalty-free; this use is limited to the provision of the service.
Prohibited Content
The following content is not accepted under any circumstances and service may be canceled upon detection:
- Illegal, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Hate speech, violence, terrorism propaganda, discrimination, or content harmful to third parties
- Gambling, betting, cryptocurrency offerings (ICO, etc.), speculative investment advice, or similar regulated activities
- Pornography, adult content, or content suggestive of sexual exploitation
- Health-related false claims without scientific basis or misleading claims about treatment/medication
- Spam, chain messages, or content intended to generate fake traffic to manipulate the masses
- Malicious software, phishing, identity theft, or content targeting security vulnerabilities
5. Editorial Review and Approval Logic
All press releases are subject to editorial review.
If Professional Press Release Writing service is purchased: The draft is presented to the user before distribution; the process begins with user approval.
If professional writing service is not purchased: The user's submission of the release to the system serves as approval and it is distributed as is. Press Earth may request revision or reject content when deemed necessary. Content sent for distribution cannot be withdrawn.
6. Packages and Payment
The service is based on pay-as-you-go; payments are collected through secure providers such as Stripe. Fees may not include taxes; the User is responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and fees. Promotions/discounts are subject to their own special conditions.
7. Cancellation and Refund
All conditions regarding cancellation, refund, and package changes are set forth in the [Cancellation and Refund Policy]. In case of conflict, the relevant policy applies to refund/cancellation matters.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Data necessary for the performance of the service may be shared with media partners and payment providers.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Results such as search engine rankings, traffic, sales, Google News/AI visibility, or social media verification are not guaranteed. The duration of content remaining published is not guaranteed.
10. Limitation of Liability
Press Earth is not liable for indirect/consequential/special damages to the extent permitted by law. Total liability is limited to the fee collected from the User for the relevant service. Actions of third-party publishers, force majeure, and data breaches that occur despite reasonable security measures are excluded from scope.
11. Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify Press Earth (including reasonable attorney fees) against third-party claims arising from content and Terms violations.
12. DMCA Notice
For copyright infringement claims, send notice compliant with 17 U.S.C. ยง512 to DMCA Agent โ Press Earth / [email protected]. Counter-notification procedures are available on our DMCA page.
13. Sanctions and Export
The User complies with applicable US sanctions and export control legislation. Press Earth reserves the right to refuse service to or terminate existing service with persons/countries/entities subject to sanctions.
14. Electronic Communication and E-Signature
Email and in-platform notifications substitute for written notice; electronic approvals are binding.
15. Assignment
Press Earth may assign these Terms along with rights and obligations to its affiliates/successors. The User may not assign without Press Earth's prior written consent.
16. Termination
The User may close their account; Press Earth may suspend or terminate an account in case of Terms violation or security/necessary circumstances. In case of general service discontinuation, proportional refund for unused rights or reasonable alternative will be provided.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms are subject to the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delaware Court of Chancery and/or the US Federal Court of Delaware for disputes. Mandatory consumer protection provisions are reserved.
18. Notices and Language
Press Earth provides notifications via registered email, in-platform notification, or appropriate electronic methods. For official correspondence: [email protected].
Language Note: The original language of these Terms may be English; in case of inconsistency with translations, the English text shall prevail, subject to mandatory local provisions.
